This includes the definition of temperature and pressure profiles, the specification of core processes and core components, actuators and sensors as well as coordination with the customer regarding function, integration and the automation concept.

This includes the model, the associated production drawing, P&I diagrams through to the e-plan of the system, all in coordination with the customer, as well as offline programming and detailed documentation.

The Factory Acceptance Test consists of a comprehensive electrical test and programming, testing of all sensors and actuators, leak tests and a functional test with clean air. All tests are documented for you and updated on an ongoing basis. Of course, compliance with all requirements is also checked. We are looking forward to your FAT appointment.

After successful installation and assembly, commissioning takes place at your plant, including all electrical and functional tests.

Our engineers will provide your employees with detailed training and instruction. Only well-trained personnel can understand the system correctly and operate it optimally.
