The first step is to analyse your processes, collect additional information and transfer it into an overall concept. Various production scenarios, the measuring points and all measuring parameters are defined.

All relevant production modes are recorded and analysed, as are the input materials used and their exhaust gas limits in accordance with the German Clean Air Act (TA-Luft) or other official regulations.

The expected raw gas composition is now calculated for each production state and thus defines the number of measuring points and measuring cycles.

This plan contains all framework conditions and measurement tasks, which are clearly summarised in a schedule.

Necessary design adjustments and the equipment with essential core components such as catalytic converters or other consumables are now being planned and implemented.

If major conversions are necessary, the installation or conversion is then carried out, including programming, FAT, documentation and transport to your company.

After dismantling and transporting the test system back to our warehouse, the measurement results are analysed and evaluated in parallel. You will receive a comprehensive final report that summarises and evaluates all measured values in detail.
