EFFECTIVE PROCESS OPTIMISATION THROUGH PRECISE MEASUREMENTS
During the consultation phase, after selecting the right technology or while your system is already in operation, it is always important to carry out certain measurements for monitoring purposes. We carry these out either regularly on a smaller scale or in extensive measurements, if necessary in co-operation with our partner companies, on your premises. When doing so, we proceed as follows:
PROCESS DIAGRAM
Firstly, the processes are precisely defined and all relevant sequences and interrelationships are visualised in a diagram. Measuring points and measuring characteristics are also defined.
PRODUCTION PROGRAMME
All relevant production modes are analysed, as are the input materials used depending on the product programme or production mode.
PROCESS GAS RECIPES
For each measuring point and each production status, the expected exhaust gas composition is calculated. All relevant data sheets and additional information are collated.
MEASURING PLAN
For each measuring point and each production mode, we define the measuring tasks and the measuring devices required to correctly determine all relevant parameters.
MEASUREMENTS
Based on these principles, the series of measurements are carried out continuously, e.g. as online measurements using FID. In addition, individual samples are taken if necessary and relevant individual components such as benzene, phenol, amines or formaldehyde are precisely determined using various analysis methods.
DOCUMENTATION
Finally, all collected data is compiled and evaluated in a detailed report including all measurement protocols.
