PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE EXTENDS SERVICE LIFE
Unplanned downtimes or unexpected damage to your exhaust gas purification system usually mean production losses and longer interruptions. To prevent this from happening in the first place, xpuris offers regular preventive maintenance, normally once a year. If unforeseen problems arise, we will of course also come out of hours and carry out the necessary maintenance work quickly and easily.
MAINTENANCE PLAN
This plan precisely defines all maintenance activities. It shows exactly which maintenance work is carried out by the customer and which maintenance tasks are carried out by us. Constant updating of this service plan is a matter of course for us.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
This is coordinated between xpuris and our customers. It is ensured that all resources and necessary materials for maintenance are guaranteed.
MAINTENANCE WORK
Maintenance is carried out according to the maintenance schedule. Wearing parts are replaced and the stock of spare parts is restocked. After a functional check of the system, it is handed over to the customer and production start-up support is provided if required.
PROTOCOL
Every step of the maintenance work is recorded and logged. This allows the maintenance schedule and spare parts list to be updated if necessary.
PROCUREMENT OF SPARE PARTS
The stock of spare parts is replenished to ensure the continued smooth operation of your system.
