  • PRODUCTION OF POLYMERS

    Plastics are polymers, i.e. the combination of several monomers. To achieve this, various processes are used: polymerization, polycondensation and polyaddition. In all these chemical processes in addition to the synthetic polymers, VOCs and other pollutants are produced, which must be purified from the exhaust air. The catalytic oxidation ACP and the UVP process are best suited for this purpose.

  • PRODUCTION OF MOLDED RUBBER PARTS

    For the production of molded rubber parts, in which elastomers (e.g. natural rubber) are inserted into special metal molds, there are also various processes: the compression molding process (CM), the compression transfer molding process (CTM) and the injection molding process (IM). What they all have in common is that pollutants and volatile organic compounds are released into the exhaust air during the production process. To remove these, catalytic oxidation (ACP) and the UVP process are recommended.
